We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@yayafishes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What items are returnable?

Our return policy includes any items that have been damaged, misprinted, or are defective. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

What is non-refundable?

  • Any discounted merchandise
  • Customized products (Ornaments, books, videos, and photos)
  • Survival Swim Training Gift Certificates
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrectly ordered size on garments

Do you offer size and/or item exchanges?

  • We do not

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3-7 business days. After that, it could take up to 7-10 days for your item to arrive.

What if an order gets lost in the mail? 

All claims must be submitted to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. To report a lost shipment, contact us at returns@yayasfishes.com.

What if my order is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to returns@yayasfishes.com and we will get to work on providing a replacement.

Do you offer gift cards or certificates?

At the moment, we only offer gift certificates to go toward Survival Swim Training at The School of Yaya’s Fishes. These gift certificates are not redeemable at our Bait Shop and Boutique.

What are your business office hours?

Our business office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
